    The original recording of this song is so odd, bright, cheery and contagious, it fills my soul with joy. I think it might be the best pop song ever. I love this song. This version is great. Thanks for posting the notation too. I just started playing the trumpet again and I am definitely learning this. I just wish you posted the lyrics too! ;D

    The excellent dippermouth dot blogspot has the story about this recording: Louis was in Milan, Italy, did 2 evening shows, then recorded a few more tunes with an audience at a different theatre, and recorded this tune at 5.30 in the morning. He was in his mid-fifties by then.
